Leigh Backhouse's nascent Blacklight revisits similar moods, explored by his first exhibition at Kick Gallery, Deadline At Dawn, held in August 2006. Dark edges, dark visions; exquisite mysteries and ambiguities; other voices, other worlds. These images are nocturnes. Paintings of the night.
